Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to deliver high quality service to patients and clients.

  • Support clinical teams by ensuring the smooth daily operation of clinics, managing waitlists and appointments, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Communicate regularly with department leaders to ensure efficient service delivery, uphold policies and procedures, and contribute to optimisation of processes.
  • Represent the team with professionalism in presentation and attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrated experience in a clinic setting including reception duties, phone enquiries, appointment scheduling and data entry.
  2. Effective customer service skills, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, knowledge of billing practices.
  3. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team, ability to learn new processes, be flexible and display initiative.
