About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Service Broker to join our fast-paced office in Brisbane. As a key member of our National Service Team, you will play a vital role in supporting brokers with enquiries, liaising with underwriters, and quoting new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our National Service Team
  • Supporting brokers with enquiries
  • Liaising with underwriters
  • Quoting new business
  • Placing cover through online platforms
  • Processing new business, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Assist with claims
Requirements
  • 12 months of experience in Insurance (preferred)
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications in General Insurance Broking (preferred) or a strong desire to grow in the industry
  • A strong work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including relationship management
  • A commitment to exceptional client service and quality advice
  • A friendly disposition and a commitment to being part of a team environment
