Senior Health Services Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Health Services Executive to lead our Justice Health Services Reform unit. In this critical role, you will oversee the development of innovative health service delivery approaches for adults and young people in custody.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategically leading the Justice Health Services Reform unit to ensure timely implementation of new and evidence-based health services.
- Providing expert advice to senior leaders on strategic matters related to portfolio-wide health services.
- Managing reviews and recommissioning processes to ensure health services meet the needs of people in custody.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in senior executive roles with experience in service planning, delivery, and performance monitoring.
- High-level policy skills and ability to manage the delivery of government policy objectives.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
