Executive Leader - Community Supports
This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in community-based disability services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer experiences and financial results.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with regulatory standards and compliance frameworks.
- Lead and support managers across multiple geographic locations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in operational leadership within disability or community health environments, along with strong financial, commercial, and contract management expertise.
Requirements:- At least 7 years' experience in operational leadership within disability or community support environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS, funding models, and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced skills in analysis, decision-making, and project delivery.
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
A tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Allied Health, or a related field is essential. Postgraduate qualifications in business or management are highly regarded.
