Overview

You will assist and take ownership in various key functions including Customer Service, QA, internal staff training, and RSG compliance obligations.

To be successful, you require outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, prioritisation, advanced knowledge of Customer Service functions, and experience creating employee training documents.

This role is open to all locations within Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer service activities are completed to high standards.
  • Assist in CS policy/documentation for training.
  • Assist in Compliance Officer roles.
  • Build effective relationships within the team and broader business.
  • Focus on customer needs.
  • Fulfill ad hoc Trading/Risk/Other roles as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in the gaming and wagering industry.
  • Customer Service focused role in a call centre environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Intercom or alternative and its functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Analytical mind and inclination for problem solving.
