Pathology Collection Trainer Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Training Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a Medical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for leading group training sessions and one-to-one assessments in clinics across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for pathology collection teams.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the performance of trainees and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in training procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees as needed.
- Cert III in Pathology or equivalent qualification.
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
- Previous experience in pathology collection and training is essential.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively and adapt your training style to meet individual needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Sydney.
- Working with Children's Check.
- A competitive salary package including a car allowance.
