Our client is a leading provider of pathology and medical diagnostic services in Australia, with a network of collection centres and medical laboratories across NSW.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Collections Lead to supervise and lead a team of pathology collectors across 30 Accredited Collection Centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the collection centres, ensuring procedures are followed, resources are allocated efficiently, and the centres meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of pathology collectors
- Ensure day-to-day operations of collection centres are running smoothly
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet regulatory and accreditation standards
- Engage with patients to address concerns and improve their experience
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
About You
- Cert III in Pathology
- 4-5 years of experience in pathology collection
- Fantastic communication and leadership skills
- Full, clean driving licence
- Able to travel between clinics
