We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor to join our team.

As the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our Warehouse Technicians in maintaining a high level of productivity and inventory accuracy. You will develop and execute our Warehouse Management strategy, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair e-scooters
  • Develop and execute Neuron Mobility's Warehouse Management strategy
  • Responsible for Workshop KPIs
  • Train new Warehouse Technicians, including refresher training as needed
  • Planning for and conducting monthly (or as required) stocktakes
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, including basic maintenance and consistent service delivery across all operational touch points
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as shift scheduling and manpower deployment planning as needed
  • Represent us as a positive brand ambassador
  • From time to time, assist other operational cities in carrying out the above duties

Requirements:

  • A valid Open Class Driver Licence
  • A suitable personal smart phone is required (generally an Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer)
  • Prior mechanical experience with the ability to service and repair e-scooters, including comfort with lifting, carrying, and manoeuvring 26-28kg as needed
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations & stock planning would be advantageous, particularly in the mobility, transit, or supply-chain space
  • A hands-on approach to leadership - we need someone who can manage 'in the field' alongside their team members
  • Self-starter who radiates positivity and possesses a 'can-do' attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex operational environment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to multi-task and keep up with a dynamic, fast-paced start-up
  • A keen curiosity in shared mobility and a growth mindset
