Electoral Management Specialist

The position of Electoral Management Specialist presents an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the strategic direction of electoral events and operations.
This role involves leading complex organisational change initiatives, providing executive leadership in the delivery of statewide electoral events and activities, and building strategic relationships with government and non-government organisations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing executive leadership in the delivery of complex electoral events and operational activities
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, public administration or law
- Proven ability to operate with high levels of integrity, respect and ethical behaviour
- Experience leading a complex organisation at an executive level
