Electoral Operations Manager

As a key leadership position, the role of Deputy Electoral Commissioner requires exceptional leadership skills to drive strategic direction and implement organisational change.
The appointee will be responsible for providing executive leadership and management in the delivery of complex statewide electoral events, operational activities and technology modernisation. This includes building and maintaining strategic relationships, networks and partnerships across government and non-government organisations.
To be successful in this role, you will possess experience leading a complex organisation at an executive level, with a relevant tertiary qualification in business, public administration or law.
A strong communicator with executive presence is essential, along with a proven ability to operate with high levels of ethical behaviour, honesty, integrity and respect.
In the absence of the Electoral Commissioner, the Deputy Electoral Commissioner will exercise all delegated powers.
