Electrical Supervisor Job Details

Overview of the Role:

  • As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee inspection, repair, and overhaul of high voltage electro-mechanical equipment.
  • You will lead and mentor department personnel to ensure efficient job scheduling and support recruitment, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair HV/MV/LV electro-mechanical equipment including motors, and generators.
  • Lead a team of electrical technicians in routine maintenance tasks and special projects.
  • Collaborate with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets and develop workflow optimisation strategies.
  • Maintain customer relationships and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in business development through meetings and project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate III Electrical Fitter or equivalent.
  • Western Australia Electrician License (Preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in repair, rewind and overhaul of High/Medium/Low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage others and manage a team.
