Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical and refrigeration team for infrastructure services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work management is performed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver shift targets
  • Ensure contractors meet contractual agreements, including KPIs on quality levels and safety requirements
  • Complete statutory testing, maintenance inspections, and audits within regulatory timeframes
  • Implement actions arising from audits in a satisfactory manner and timeframe
  • Maintain sufficient stocks and resources on site
  • Update and maintain maintenance management documents and associated files
  • Provide advice to the Superintendent and Manager Mine Services on proposed works
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and contractor management, leadership, and direction of multidisciplinary teams. A trade-qualified A Grade Electrician with an Electrical Contractors license or nominee qualification is essential. Additionally, they should have demonstrated ability to manage budgets and costs, high-level commitment to quality services, and computer literacy with MS Office suite programs.
