Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in sourcing and managing contracts for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on complex procurement activities and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and manage the Library's procurement framework, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of whole-of-government procurement systems
  • Represent the organization at community and cross-agency levels

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience working in contract management and/or procurement programs in a public sector environment
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance and be an Australian Citizen
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Government (Procurement and Contracting) would be well regarded
