Job Title: Procurement Officer - Strategic Sourcing & Systems

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled procurement officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing market approaches, reviewing procurement documentation, and providing guidance on conducting procurements in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework.

You will work closely with project managers to develop market approaches and review procurement documentation for major programs. Additionally, you will support the rollout of the TechnologyOne Finance System Sourcing Module to enhance procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop market approaches and review procurement documentation for major programs
  • Support the rollout of the TechnologyOne Finance System Sourcing Module
  • Provide guidance on conducting procurements in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework
  • Work closely with project managers to develop market approaches
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Solid understanding of the Commonwealth Procurement Framework
  • Experience with procurement systems (TechnologyOne experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
