Parts Co-ordinator

 
About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to coordinate and supply quality parts to external customers and internal stakeholders while meeting sales targets and delivering high service levels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide parts and sundry items to both external customers and internal teams
  • Identify, interpret, and source parts to meet customer needs
  • Process invoices, raise purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records in our systems and handle customer inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, or in-person
Key Qualifications:

  • A basic understanding of mechanical and parts concepts
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
