About the role:

The position available is in a fast-paced environment that offers assistance with the day-to-day operations of the business. We are flexible and open to discuss both full time and permanent part time opportunities.

Duties include:


• Providing a high-level administration and support across the team

• Process payrol for 100 employees

• Data entry, processing of timesheets &invoices

• Assisting with both accounts payable & receivable

• Carrying out job costing of key clients

• Assisting with training bookings, site inductions, and pre-employment medicals Document control and filing

• General administration duties including answering phones, attending incoming mail, filing & typing correspondence.

What you'll bring:


• Previous experience in similar administration roles

• A self-starter who has strong interpersonal skills

• Strong work ethic who places a high value on teamwork

• Excellent communication skills (written& verbal)

• Ability to work in a team, independently and unsupervised

• A focus on producing quality work through strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Administration experience within the mining industry is highly regarded but not essential.

Hours of work will vary ranging from 7AM – 3PM to 8AM – 4PM.
