Job Title: Drafting Co-ordinator

The role of the Drafting Co-ordinator is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality drafting and 3D modelling services.

This leadership position will play a key part in establishing drafting standards, overseeing 3D model development and ensuring compliance with our Engineering Management Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to PPM policies and participating in regular audits.
  • Develop and enforce effective drafting standards and procedures.
  • Establish and manage the drawing review and management system, including revision control and storage.
  • Oversee the integration of 3D models from OEMs and internal teams.
  • Prioritise and allocate drafting tasks in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in drafting, including multi-disciplined capital projects in heavy industry.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, health and environmental standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor 3D software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Project).
  • Strong understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning processes.
  • Ability to manage risks and prioritise tasks effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
