Job Title: Client Services Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team to drive client-focused initiatives forward.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and driving business growth through client retention and expansion. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning clients and key stakeholder relations and services provided.
  2. Monitoring, managing, and upskilling all team members providing a seamless client and key stakeholder service, ensuring a high standard of interaction is maintained across the team.
  3. Providing direction and feedback to team members, assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  4. Ensuring client and key stakeholder service objectives are met by driving and coordinating the success of projects. Responsible for end-to-end project management and coordination of executive and Board recruitment searches, ensuring they are well planned, resourced and meet agreed deadlines.
  5. Identifying and coordinating internal and external training for staff aimed at enhancing the quality of client and key stakeholder service provided by all staff.
  6. Maximising operational performance by providing CRM technical advice; resolving problems, developing new techniques and preparing templated responses and letters.
  7. Managing complaints through assessment of progress items, file notes and staff interaction in the CRM portal and communicating with and instructing accounts in this respect.
  8. Manage and drive the agenda for project-related internal meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and maximizing client satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and analyzing data.
