Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our flagship customer engagement in WA, ensuring the delivery of contracted service commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery Management: Manage service delivery to customers, guaranteeing adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Sales Engagement: Engage with customers to identify project opportunities, form strong relationships, and understand their business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure NECA's prominence in offering solution and service solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract variations as required to ensure services are delivered within the scope of the agreement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record (10 years) of senior leadership or management experience in IT managed services or IT focused service delivery environments.
  • Significant experience in leading, managing, and progressing technical or diverse operational teams.
  • Commercial/P&L management expertise, a proven ability to manage customer escalations, and experience in contract management.
  • A deep understanding of the sales process, ability to engage with technical and managerial staff at all levels, and demonstrated high-level relationship management skills.
