We are seeking a highly skilled coordinator to manage the progression of Defence Force applicants through the medicals and psychology components of the recruitment process.
This role provides professional support to candidates and clinical staff, ensuring timely progression and a premium candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with Defence Force applicants to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in booking appointments and managing candidate records with precision.
- Monitor and quality check availability configuration for future appointments.
- Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) including client wait time and reporting requirements.
- Log all calls and monitor phone queues and emails.
- Data inputting and validation.
- General administration duties.
The successful candidate will be well-organised, with strong administration and customer service skills, and the following:
- Well-developed communication skills with an excellent phone manner.
- Professional work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Willingness and flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Hold or be able to maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
Previous experience in a healthcare/medical setting and using a scheduling system is highly regarded. Training will be provided; previous experience is not a requirement.
