Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory of parts to meet the needs of vehicle service. Your role will involve receiving stock, picking, shipping, and transacting materials inventory with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record parts transactions and data into our systems
  • Conduct transactions with customers, providing order summaries and estimated ship times
  • Escalate issues related to inbound packaging from internal and external suppliers
  • Maintain records of time, expenses, and materials

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles
  • Experience in automotive equipment and servicing methods
  • DMS Systems, SAP, MS Office Suite proficiency
  • 1-3 years' experience in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
