Job Title: Risk and Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to join our school community.

The Role plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and compliance of the school community. This role oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk management frameworks, Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems, and compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor risk management frameworks and WHS systems.
  • Manage planning and approval processes for school excursions and off-site activities.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the school community.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in risk management, WHS, compliance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational or not-for-profit setting.
  • A strong knowledge of WHS legislation, privacy, workers compensation and risk management frameworks.
