Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and provide advice to senior leaders on day-to-day people matters and leadership effectiveness.
  • In partnership with senior leaders and the People and Culture team, promote and execute Icon programs, including performance, rewards and recognition, sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience.
  • Assist leaders in the correct application and interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Advise leaders on informal procedures for poor or underperformance and work with the ER team on case management.
  • Guide leaders during remuneration reviews to ensure all processes are fulfilled and in accordance with the Remuneration Policy and salary banding model.
  • Work with leaders to ensure training and development plans are in place.
