Our Fortitude Valley Showroom is the newest addition to our portfolio, and we're seeking an accomplished and passionate Assistant Manager to join our high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Showroom Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering a world-class bridal experience. This is a full-time position best suited to a strong leader with proven experience in retail management.

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager in a sales, fashion, bridal, or premium/luxury retail setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
  • Confident, polished, and professional in communication and appearance.
  • Ridiculously organised and efficient at using multiple systems with ease.
  • Driven to exceed expectations and create magical moments.
  • Adaptable, reliable, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to commit to working a Sunday–Thursday or Saturday-Wednesday roster.
