Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the HR team to deliver exceptional service, drive business growth, and shape an organisation ready for future challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR/IR advice, collaborating with various stakeholders to address people-related issues, and driving strategic initiatives to improve organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships and offering trusted guidance on all HR matters.
  • Tailored Solutions: Collaborating with managers to resolve people issues, providing bespoke support and case management for grievances, disciplinary actions, and complex investigations.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with managers and external partners to implement key HR strategies, cyclical activities, including performance reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Operational Support: Supporting the implementation of various HR programs, such as employee development initiatives, reward and recognition, and enterprise agreements.
  • Policy and Compliance: Advising on the interpretation of relevant Acts, Regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance and fairness in all people-related decisions.
