About this role

The Customer Activation Specialist is responsible for creating and managing activities to enhance customers' chances of securing sustainable employment. They will partner with stakeholders to establish activities that meet customers' activation requirements.

Key responsibilities include identifying and creating activities, referral processes, schedules, and activity management. The specialist will review report data to aid sites in their daily customer activation management.

This role works across specialist programs supporting customers with a prior offending history.

Your skills and qualifications

  • High interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication with culturally diverse clients and staff
  • Strong data entry skills using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute

You should also have experience in employment services, including creating employment pathways and reading reports to identify performance and compliance issues.

A valid driver's licence and minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development are required. At least 12 months of experience in employment services is preferred.
