Physiotherapy Specialist in Cardiorespiratory Care
\This role requires a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist to provide specialist services to cardiorespiratory patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an optimal inpatient physiotherapy service, assessing and implementing treatment programs, and leading quality improvement projects.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Provide physiotherapy services to cardiorespiratory patients with complex needs.\
- Maintain a high level of expertise in cardiorespiratory physiotherapy, staying up-to-date with current evidence and best practices.\
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and streamline processes.\
- Supervise and support junior physiotherapists and students, promoting professional development and growth.\
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.\
- Participate in education and training activities, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.\\/ul\
Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy or a related field.\
- Advanced clinical skills and experience in cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.\
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.\
