Construction Project Coordinator Job
A successful and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their professional team. The company offers a range of services to high end clients, including new build and heavy refurbishment projects in the Hotels, Office, Retail, Hospitality and Leisure sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry. They should be proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential for this role.
The successful Bid Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and preparing high quality proposals and bids, as well as assisting in coordinating a professional team to deadlines. This is a contract full time position providing a great opportunity to work on challenging projects.
Responsibilities:- Management of tender calendars and timelines ensuring tenders are submitted within required timeframes
- Design and prepare compelling tenders and expressions of interest documents
- Adhere to brand guidelines
- Review and make improvements to existing marketing material in line with brand guidelines
- Creating fee proposals
- Prioritising Business Development
- Coordinating the team
- Managing the Company website and marketing duties
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong use of Adobe InDesign & MS Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience in the preparation of large and detailed tender documents ideally in the construction industry would be favourable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- High level of self-motivation
- Well-developed organisational skills
- High attention to detail
