Job Description

The Regional Credit Specialist is a senior-level position responsible for managing complex transactions and providing strategic guidance to the business.

You will be based in Sydney, reporting directly to the Regional Chief Risk Officer, and secondarily to the Corporate Credit Specialist (Credit) and Global Corporate Recovery Officer (C&R).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide powerful functional guidance towards the countries.
  • Take Risks: Propose risk appetite in alignment with the business.
  • Take Risks: Execute business strategy and maintain risk profile within the risk appetite and underwriting criteria.
  • Own Risks: Embrace effective forward-looking risk management by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting on risks incurred in business activities.
  • Manage Risks: Implement supporting systems, models, processes, procedures, and deliver training in order to adhere to policies.
