Reporting to the Credit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Downloading and reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy.
  2. Allocation of payments in a timely manner.
  3. Handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Processing credits through our system efficiently.
  5. Maintaining master data of our customer base for accuracy and updates.
  6. Month-end reconciliations and journal entries.
  7. Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the credit team.

About You

  • You must demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role.
  • You will possess previous experience in an Accounts Receivable/Credit Control role, especially with allocations and reconciliations.
  • You should have a high level of accuracy.
  • You will be able to multitask and possess strong organisational skills.
  • Exposure to large ERP systems is ideal but not essential.
  • You will be proficient in Excel.
