About the Role

We are currently seeking a Credit Policy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing Credit Risk as a Subject Matter Expert and being a conduit back to the business to enable decision making representing the business.

You will review and sign off on Project documents including (but not limited to) Business Case, Business Requirements, Business Processes, Design, Testing and Implementation. Ensuring compliance of policies and processes with credit risk management frameworks, approved business strategy and risk appetite and reflect regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have 10 years' experience in Banking / Financial Services Industry with proven track record in Credit Decisioning and Credit Policy Writing/Development. Additionally, you will have knowledge of the legal, compliance and regulatory framework of institutional and business lending.
