We are seeking a driven Mine Geology Manager to lead the mine geology function across our growing portfolio of contract mining and joint venture sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee mine geological operations across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement robust grade control systems tailored to each site's needs.
- Standardise and improve geology practices company-wide.
- Build strong geology teams through recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate mine reconciliation reporting.
- Collaborate with site teams to align geological models with production goals.
- Provide geological input into contract review processes.
- Foster a safe working environment and uphold compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field (postgrad qualifications advantageous).
- 10+ years' mine geology experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven skills in team management, grade control, and mine reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of geological modelling tools and mining software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
