Senior Mechanical Project Manager

About the Role

This is a leadership position within our Sustaining Capital team, guiding a group of engineers through complex mining and infrastructure projects.

  • Deliver mining and infrastructure projects, including mineral processing, bulk materials handling, tailings systems, mine water, site services, and maintenance facilities.
  • Oversee multi-discipline design projects across mining and infrastructure.
  • Mentor and develop engineers through our professional development program.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
  • At least 10 years' experience as a mechanical engineer, preferably in consulting and mining.
  • Techincal expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for developing people.
