AV/IT Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and coordinate our AV/IT, Engineering and Service/Maintenance departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in technology-based project management, entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:
  • Coordinate, manage and prioritize project and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis.
  • Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely completion.
  • Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe work environment.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more people.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Audio Visual/Information Technology based project management and construction methodology.
  • Commitment to people management with dignity and respect.
  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree.
  • Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities.
