This is a leadership role that oversees Audio Visual/Information Technology project management and construction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure on-time completion and adherence to budget.
- Develop and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures for efficiency and safety.
- Maintain customer relationships, addressing issues promptly and striving for exceptional service.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or technical degree.
