**Your Mission:**

The Everyday Business Banking team is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of customers' needs from small businesses to large corporates. We have accountability for Cash Management, Payments, Business Lending and Commerce Solutions as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience.

**Your Role:**

The Business Banking Remediation Team is a remediation centre within our Everyday Business Banking team. The Remediation Team is responsible for the management and execution of remediation activities. These activities can range from simple customer payments to large complex projects covering multiple product lines and business units.

**Deliver Impactful Results:**

- Address impediments, drive decisions and resolve escalations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable plans.
- Drive project exploration and inception to ensure alignment of group remediation policy.
- Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform delivery roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
- Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across streams of work.
- Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform remediation approach.
- Lead the squad day-to-day to deliver remediations and lifecycle activities.
- Maintain a healthy prioritised Backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- Manage the squad's performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc.

**We're Looking for:**

- Proven experience in Product Remediation Projects / Product Houses
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in that space would also be considered
- Experience in defining Product Roadmaps, delivering Product vision
- Strong communication skills, both Verbal and Written
- Experience with Agile methodology, working within an Agile Matrix would be ideal
- Ability to manage Risks and Product Compliance using formal methods to document this
