Audiology Training Lead Role Summary

As a highly skilled and experienced Audiology Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance and customer satisfaction for our clients through best-in-class training strategies.

  • Coordinating and coaching the Audiology Training Team
  • Delivering sustainability targets and training hours across Academy Pillars
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of training programs
  • Developing, updating, and tracking LMS e-learning modules
  • Coaching Trainers on handling sensitive matters and resolving staff training issues
  • Ensuring high-level clinical documentation is maintained
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Create and deliver high-quality training programs to support the growth and development of our Audiology team.
  • Team Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to trainers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional training experiences.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programs to identify areas for improvement and optimize future training initiatives.
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional with a strong background in Audiology and experience in training and coaching. Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Audiologist
  • Proven track record of success in training and coaching
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create engaging storyboards and design materials
