Paediatric Speech Pathology Specialist

This role is focused on providing high-quality paediatric speech pathology services to patients in the Far West region.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individual and group paediatric speech pathology services, both face-to-face and virtually, across various settings including health services, community centres and consumers' homes.
- Conduct quality paediatric speech pathology assessments and provide evidence-based treatment to patients in the Far West region, including outreach services to remote towns.
- Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology, eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Evidence-based practice, critical thinking and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, with flexibility to conduct adult services when needed.
- Ability to plan, advocate and coordinate client care within a team environment.
- Ongoing professional development and expertise sharing with colleagues.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and families to improve outcomes.
- Familiarity with quality improvement processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with relevant software and valid NSW driver's licence.
