- Required skills and qualifications include experience in a customer service oriented role, ability to handle difficult situations with clients, high-volume personalised customer service, baggage handling up to 32kg, assisting special needs passengers, meeting Service Level Agreements while adhering to safety requirements, and commitment to rostered shifts spanning 24 hours/7 days a week.">
- Desirable qualifications include fluency in Spanish.">
