Early Childhood Education Leader Position

This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring an experienced and skilled individual to develop and implement high-quality early childhood education programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the development of educational programs that support the learning and development of young children.
  • To work collaboratively with other educators to create a safe, creative, responsive, and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • To mentor and guide early childhood educators in their practice, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes for children.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and play-based child-led pedagogy.
  • Proven experience as a room leader or similar leadership role in early childhood education.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Storypark or similar digital platforms is highly regarded.
  • First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
