
Support Project Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Property and Project Coordinator to join our team on various projects, including new store openings, renovations, and support office initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in facilities or operational roles, with a strong understanding of project management principles and vendor management practices.
This role requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers, contractors, and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Ensure smooth facility operations by handling facility management and repairs & maintenance tasks.
- Project Support: Provide administrative and operational support for new stores, renovations, and other projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers, contractors, and landlords.
- Operational Excellence: Assist with project coordination, reviewing quotes, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety initiatives and contribute to a safe working environment.
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 2-3 years in facilities or operational roles.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, project management, vendor management, and WHS legislation.
