Job Title: Associate Nurse Unit Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our dynamic team at Latrobe Regional Hospital's Tarra Unit.
This is a part-time, ongoing opportunity that will provide you with a fast-paced managerial experience in a 32-bed acute Orthopaedic ward.
You'll have the chance to work in a growing regional hospital with a strong focus on patient-centred care and career development.

Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the Tarra Unit
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes
- AHPRA registration as a registered nurse
- Relevant managerial experience (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Estimated annual salary $124,991 - $151,226, depending on experience
