As a Graduate Valuer, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides professional property and valuation information and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop skills to become a qualified Valuer through on-the-job training and mentorship
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality valuations and support the team in achieving its objectives
  • Work on various projects including Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions and Special Valuations, developing your expertise and knowledge

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate valuer to enhance their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work efficiently, and deliver outcomes that are transparent, objective, and in accordance with relevant requirements.

The 24-month program consists of four rotations, each lasting up to six months, providing you with diverse experiences and exposure to different teams within Value NSW. This comprehensive program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed as a Valuer.
