The role of Senior Managing Valuer presents a unique opportunity to lead a team of motivated valuation specialists and contribute to the development of NSW's land valuation system.

As a key figure in this role, you will have extensive experience providing authoritative and technical advice across a range of valuation services. This includes making land valuations, determining objection valuations, and performing compulsory acquisition valuations. You will possess strong analytical skills, a high attention to detail, and exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

About You

  • You will hold an Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practicing Valuer designation or equivalent (or be eligible to obtain within 12 months of employment).
