About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics Team at Nestle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, including receipt and dispatch of goods, supervision of forklift operators, and coordination of cycle counting.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of warehouse management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receipt and dispatch of goods.
  • Supervise a team of forklift operators to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
  • Coordinate cycle counting and stock reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels and movement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification (current) and SAP experience (an asset).

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime required to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
