Occupational Therapist

As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a large and collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalized treatments to our clients. You will be involved in a new innovative way of offering allied health services, working across Residential Aged Care and Community.
Key Responsibilities- In the community, you will work with consumers referred through government-funded models, including Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
- Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena Healthcare and the aged care facilities, working within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.
