The Opportunity

Join our elite Valuation Modelling and Economics (VME) division as a pivotal leader in a global network of experts. You will provide high-level counsel to clients on capital preservation, optimization, acquisition, and investment strategies.

  • Lead project teams conducting comprehensive valuations of businesses, strategic options, and intangible assets for transformation initiatives, management planning, M&A, tax, financial reporting, and dispute resolution.
  • Assume full responsibility for project delivery, creating valuation reports, and executing intricate financial modelling and analysis.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple valuation engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery within project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop complex financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and other project teams, managing expectations, delivering high-quality service, and providing insightful solutions to complex valuation issues.
  • Conduct industry and market research to support valuation assumptions and conclusions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends that may impact client valuations.
  • Provide technical guidance on valuation methodologies and assumptions. Review and ensure the quality of work produced by the valuation team.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing. Develop and deliver training to enhance the skills of the valuation team.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through delegation and providing on-the-job training. Foster an inclusive and innovative team environment.
