IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level support for our technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft cloud technologies, with experience in troubleshooting complex issues and delivering smart solutions. A proactive mindset and passion for learning are essential qualities for success in this position.

  • Provide Tier 2 support across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Defender, and Exchange Online
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues via remote tools
  • Administer Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager including compliance and Conditional Access
  • Support Microsoft 365 platforms : Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, and Entra ID
  • Implement and manage security controls aligned with Zero Trust principles
  • Contribute to IT projects such as user migrations, policy rollouts, and license optimisation
  • Support core network services (Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS) and investigate performance issues
  • Maintain documentation and mentor junior team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Aged care or healthcare IT experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience in a similar Level 2 or escalated support role
  • Solid experience with Microsoft cloud technologies
  • A strong problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • Passion for learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
