About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Infrastructure Services Officer.

This role involves providing expert advice and support to stakeholders across various infrastructure safety issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored infrastructure, planning, and asset management safety solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide procedural advice to stakeholders on infrastructure safety matters while demonstrating exceptional professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality infrastructure and planning safety solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Support the management of complex asbestos-related incidents at facilities, including incident investigations and data analysis.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare information, reports, submissions, briefing materials, correspondence, and support documents to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through streamlined processes, data analysis, and actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Responsibility for operational activities and prioritizing workload to ensure timely delivery of services and programs.
  • High personal accountability and drive to deliver real outcomes and benefits for stakeholders.
