**Job Opportunity:**

A permanent full-time Administration role is available in our contract site where Balranald is the Point of Hire. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the success of our organisation and deliver excellence in the catering and facilities management industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage site-related administration paperwork, data entry, and reporting as per Cater Care and client procedures within stipulated timeframes.
  • Manning the front reception area for visitors' arrival.
  • Visitor check-in and out as per Client and Cater Care procedures.
  • Answering and directing telephone enquiries.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • General office duties.
  • Assist the broader team as required.
  • Housekeeping supervising and bar work may be required.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 Consecutive year + of experience in an administration or receptionist role.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written).
  • All front office reception duties - meeting & greeting customers, answering telephone and distributing mail/deliveries.
  • A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service.
  • A motivated, enthusiastic, and positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
  • Resourcefulness, resilience, and enthusiasm are key to this role.
  • Pride in personal appearance & hygiene.
  • Driver's License (Auto or Man).
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is desired.
